WDWIP Reunion Update

We've now got 84 adults and 31 kids that have registred via the Survey Monkey site. If you know of others that are planning on attending the reunion please remind them to register ASAP for the reunion. This will enable us to confirm the weekend details.

Within the next few days we'll have to final details regarding the weekend schedule are confirmed and they will be emailed to everyone and posted here!

The deadline for booking rooms has been extended to August 25th but don't forget that the sooner you book and register the sooner we can confirm the reunion details!

Everyone attending will receive "convention" tickets. The prices are discounted and you'll save between $25 and $45 ( based on the number of days that you buy tickets for). The convention ticket also provides a bonus visit to one of the water parks, Disney Quest, Oak Trail golf, or Wide World of Sports complex.

You can purchase tickets when making a room reservation or call in and purchase separate from the room.

The 1994 - 1996 WDWIP Alumni has invited everyone who worked at Epcot® and was a part of the Walt Disney World® International Program or College Program during 1994, 1995 or 1996 to join us this October 1st to 4th, 2009, for a reunion at Walt Disney World®.

If you haven't already visited our Disney Meeting Site click here to book your accommodation and
click here to register for the reunion. The sooner you register the better because of the limited rooms available at the discounted room rates.

Once we've got everyone's details we'll be working with Walt Disney World® to confirm the details of the weekend. We will be putting together some activities for the weekend and will be posting them here as soon as attendees' details are confirmed. We'll also be trying to obtain some group discounts from Walt Disney World®.

Deadline for Registration for both is August 14th!

Thursday October 1 – Arrival at Walt Disney World®, relax and meet up. Location to be confirmed.
Friday October 2 – Visit Epcot® to tour, dine, and drink around the world.
Saturday October 3 – To Be Confirmed
Sunday October 4 - To Be Confirmed
